The Process

Business coaching is about unlocking potential and filling gaps between where people are and where they would like to be. Business coaching is an objective, thought provoking process that is result driven.

It consists of a series of structured, one on one, interactions between a coach and an executive (or a manager), aimed at enhancing the executive’s effectiveness in his/her work environment. These interactions can be face to face, by telephone or email, combined with team meetings as required.

The coaching process can be broken up into three main steps:

1. Identifying the client’s requirements
2. Setting an action plan and defining goals
3. Implementation and follow up
